You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within five weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (20 to 25 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
Refund:
- reject purchased artworks in 2checkout.com before the expiration of the inspection period (3 days from the date of reception of the parcel)
- inform us by e-mail about yours decision to return the purchased artworks indicating the reasons for this
- after reception of our answer with instructions, carefully pack the artworks in their initial packing and send them back to us
- after reception of rejected artworks by us, we check their integrity and safety and accept the sent back artworks in 2checkout.com
- 2checkout.com returns you your initial payment excluding 2checkout fees.
