Each limited edition art work that is purchased through this site will be individually signed, dated and stamped by the artist Vladimir Zunuzin. Limited edition prints of 100. Each copy has a unique ID and an original author’s signature.

Downloaded Products

Downloaded products on zunuzin.com eStore are delivered electronically. As all products are digital we are not able to refund any purchases. Once an order is placed and after payment is received, processing of your order will begin. Processing of orders from start to finish currently takes 24-48 hours. To check the status of your order, please login to My Account and view your order. The current status will be listed with your order. After 24-48 hours you will be given links to download any images or photos that you have purchased. In most cases, as soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a 'download key' to access each of your purchased files. This download key is a special URL that links to a hidden download page where you will be able to download your purchase. In any case, you will also be able to access your downloadable files for a full 7 days from the time your purchase is authorized (you have 3 attempts to download). If you have any problems please contact us stating your order number. You will be able to access them through your Order History page. A link to this page will be found in the Your Account link over the Navigation Menu, after you log in. We only ship using Registered Airmail, which has on-line tracking facility via their website. As soon as your print has left the Studio we will email you to advise your airway bill number so that you can check the delivery progress of your art work on-line. All prints are rolled and tubed in strong packaging to ensure that they reach your door in perfect condition. Since 2Checkout.com, Inc. is located in Delaware, no sales taxes are added! In other words, the prices you see are the prices you pay! The prices for the artworks are listed in US dollars.

Approximate delivery times

We send prints to all countries via Registered Airmail, they usually arrive within 20 working days to destinations within Western Europe and about 30 working days to destinations outside Europe.

Packing

All prints are packaged and shipped separately and guaranteed for archival quality and customer satisfaction. Original digital art prints are carefully packed in heavy regulation tubes or boxes.
