Shipping and delivery
We only ship using DHL, which has on-line tracking facility via their website. As soon as your print has left the Studio we will email you to advise your airway bill number so that you can check the delivery progress of your art work on-line. All prints are rolled and tubed in strong packaging to ensure that they reach your door in perfect condition. Since 2Checkout.com is located in Delaware, no sales taxes are added! In other words, the prices you see are the prices you pay! The prices for the artworks are listed in US dollars.
Approximate delivery times
We send prints to all countries via DHL (Worldwide Express), they usually arrive within 10 working days to destinations within Western Europe and about 20 working days to destinations outside Europe.
Packing
All prints are packaged and shipped separately and guaranteed for archival quality and customer satisfaction. Unframed original digital art prints are carefully packed in heavy regulation tubes.
