Going presents a lone figure, nude and vulnerable, pressing forward into darkness with arms outstretched. The pose suggests both surrender and resistance, as if caught between the desire to move ahead and the weight of an unseen barrier. Light falls across the body, accentuating muscles and bones, turning flesh into a study of fragility and strength.
The textured backdrop, with its layered scratches and worn surfaces, evokes the passage of time and the erosion of certainty. Against this aged environment, the human form becomes a fleeting presence—momentary and fragile, yet insistent in its forward motion. The figure seems to dissolve into the space, blurring the boundaries between body and ground.
This digital artwork captures the liminal act of departure—an uncertain step away from the known into the opaque realm of becoming. Going is not just movement but transformation, an intimate meditation on departure, endurance, and the human urge to transcend what confines.
